Houston Tuskegee Alumni Association welcomes you to to Jazz & Joy! Our 2nd Annual Brunch and Scholarship Fundraiser. Join us for a meaningful and memorable afternoon filled with live jazz music, a delicious brunch buffet, mimosa bar, and special recognition of our 2025 community trailblazers. This special event will take place at the elegant Chateau Crystale, providing the perfect backdrop to see old friends and make new ones. Capping off the event on a high note, we are honorred to have Tuskegee Univsersity's 10th President and CEO, Dr. Mark Brown will be our keynote speaker. Come together with alumni, friends, family and community partners to enjoy good food, good music, and contribute to a scholarship fund that will make a difference in someone's life. Let's spread Jazz and Joy together!
Brunch menu will consist of a carving station of herb crusted roast beef with au ju, eggs benedict, blintzes with raspberry sauce, scrambled eggs, assorted meat, potato pancakes, and an assortment of breads and fruits to complement

December Community Impact
Join with HTAA as we host a toy drive in support of BEARing Gifts (Be A Resource) this holiday season.
BEARing Gifts, BEAR’s holiday program provides brand-new holiday gifts to at-risk and CPS-involved children who may otherwise not experience the joy of the holiday season.
BEAR is the only 501(c)(3) organization working with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and Harris County Resources for Children and Adults that offers unique programs – that provide not only the basic needs of children recently uprooted, but also supportive services that provide comfort, dignity, and celebration of successes that propel the child toward a successful future – for abused and neglected children.
